Welcome to the Eugene Estate Planning Council

The Eugene Estate Planning Council (“EEPC”) is a non-profit entity composed of estate planning professionals from across Eugene, Springfield, and Lane County.  Our members include attorneys, accountants, life underwriters, planned giving officers, trust officers, and certified financial planners.

EEPC is dedicated to providing a forum for education and discussion for individuals involved in the estate planning community. The Eugene Estate Planning Council promotes the interdisciplinary aspects of estate planning. With over 70 members you will have the opportunity to meet and network with many other estate planning professionals from the Eugene-Springfield area and beyond.  We host six meetings each year, including two joint meetings with the Eugene-Springfield Tax Association (ESTA). Every meeting hosts speakers with up-to-date topics to keep your skill and knowledge base current. Members have the opportunity to earn up to 8 hours of CLE/CPE credit annually.

Eugene Estate Planning Council is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee.
