Nicholas Lawlor, CPA – eXp Realty LLC - Nicholas is a licensed Broker in Oregon, Arizona, and Idaho. As a CPA and former corporate executive, he’s found his passion is in real estate. Nicholas enjoys helping sellers and buyers navigate through what is often the largest single financial decision they’ll make, ensuring his clients get the best price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least hassle.He owns several residential rental properties in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and Idaho’s Treasure Valley. Nicholas and his wife split time between Springfield and Scottsdale.

Jeremy Prickel, CPA – Jones & Roth CPAs and Business Advisors - Jeremy Prickel serves as a leader on Jones & Roth’s Management Team. He also leads the firm’s Dental team and is a key member of the Healthcare team. Jeremy has built a reputation across the Pacific Northwest as a valuable resource for dental clinics, medical practices and their owners who are looking to make the most of their opportunity. He specializes in practice benchmarking, cash flow planning, business strategy, and tax planning. He is regularly called upon to present specialized dental and healthcare accounting topics at industry conferences.

Sarah Subias, Attorney – Watkinson Laird Rubenstein PC - Sarah helps families navigate through the difficult process of transferring an estate. Her expertise includes estate planning and administration, counseling and drafting of wills and trusts, estate tax planning, family business succession planning, and asset protection. She also works with fiduciaries and beneficiaries during a probate administration or trust administration. Sarah works out of the Eugene, Roseburg, Sunriver, and Grants Pass offices.

Melissa Butterfield Mitchell, Exchange Manager – Cascade Exchange Services, Inc. - Melissa joined Cascade Title in 1997, becoming an Escrow Officer shortly thereafter. She’s been fortunate to help thousands of clients through complex commercial and residential transactions. In 2021, Melissa was promoted to 1031 Exchange Manager – in that capacity, she’s successfully assisted clients with Forward, Reverse, and Improvement 1031 Exchanges. Melissa is currently working to obtain her “Certified Exchange Specialist” designation – once completed, she’ll be one of only three individuals in Oregon to complete the program.  Melissa works out of Cascade Title’s office in downtown Eugene.
