Application Form
Thank you for your interest in joining the Eugene Estate Planning Council (EEPC). The Council offers valuable networking and professional development opportunities to its members from September through June. There are four key steps in the application process: Step 1) Apply. Download the application using the link below, complete the application and follow the instructions for submitting the application; please note that two Member Endorsements are necessary, and one Member must be from your same profession. Step 2) Notification. Our board’s decision about your application and other details will be conveyed to you by our Membership Chair, Connor Harrington. Step 3) Dues. Your dues must be paid; they may be pro-rated, depending on when you join EEPC. Step 4) Access. You’ll set up your member profile, user name and password for the EECP website. Eugene Estate Planning Council is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee. Please contact the national office at 866-226-2224 to learn more about the Accredited Estate Planner® designation.
